Why do you need Jackie as your agent?

You home is one of your most valuable assets and I take the responsibility of agent with the utmost respect and seriousness. I pledge to put my client's interests first and foremost, especially before my own. I have sought to live a life of integrity and am continually seeking knowledge to help my clients make the most informed decisions possible. For me being an agent is a sacred duty.

If you are a buyer or seller:

 

  • I will negotiate for the best deal for my clients with their priorities in mind. Having been schooled in Cialdini and other top negotiating methods, I know the market and use that data to my client's advantage.

 

  • I know what value is and what it's not. I can tell my client when they are overpaying or point out a great opportunity for return on investment.

 

  • I work with a team of lenders, appraisers, inspectors, closing attorneys, decorators, and contractors that are the best at what they do.

 

  • I keep current with the trends and timing in the residential real estate market. This includes, interest rates, loan products, and knowing how changes in the tax code and capital gains taxes can affect my clients.

 

  • I have a trained eye for good construction and possible problems and can guide my clients to the right person to make repairs or for sellers, to improve their home for the greatest return on investment.

 

  • I work with integrity and keep all client information confidential. I pledge to disclose every detail of a transaction that I know to my client, and always put their interests first.

 

  • I am readily available to my clients whenever they need to speak with me or resolve an issue.

  • I have an extensive background in marketing and use social media, photographs, video, open houses, and mailings to get your property in front of the most likely buyers.
